Nothing’s free forever. I don’t know if in Italy is the same, but when someone offers shop gifts or any merchandising, everyone goes there, even if they don’t need it! 😋 But when they ask for buying their products…
@stefano wasn’t the backup always a file in Google drive?
It’s always been in a hidden part of the Google Drive but wasn’t counted as occupied space. I hope that Whatsapp will now allow to choose another storage for the cloud backup (like Nextcloud)
@stefano to be honest, I wouldn’t mind if it just saved a file to the local filesystem.
