Some time around 2000 or 2001 I was introduced to Linux, which caused me to get really interested in operating systems. I tried any and all OS’s that I could get my hands on, and when I downloaded and installed FreeBSD, it just felt right. The system continued to fascinate me until I learned to use it well, and it became my favorite ever since. Years later I ended up no longer using it on the desktop, but it powers my server.
