minus-square@Jtee@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglish6•2 months agoFWIW, it’s usually Windows Installer, Windows Explorer, or some other system task. If you open a command prompt and ready the del command, you can kill Windows Explorer and then run your delete.
