Are you using Firefox 144 or later? That’s when they added support for CSS view-transition which might reduce this (on websites that use view-transition).
I’m trying with both Firefox 145 and LibreWolf 144 on ArchLinux KDE Plasma.
For example, when I reload this page I get the withflash: https://boardgamegeek.com/browse/boardgame
This has someone that says that they can use toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets to do it.
Might try opening an unstyled, “hello world” webpage to confirm that it doesn’t leave it unreadable or something. They’re changing the background color but not the text color.
