when the company eventually folds or changes their policy for the worst, it’s a nightmare to get your photos and videos to another platform.
That’s why “portability” is important. Ente matches this bar for me.
But yeah, when it comes to one-off products like this you need 1 subscriptions for photos, one subscription for files, one subscription for docs, etc. Honestly that’s the reason I use Proton.
Well that’s what I meant by “out” but yes.
Lead-acid battery OEMs are also allowed to market Ah on batteries with a 50% DoD…
Lots of people don’t realize lithium is actually cheaper because of this
I don’t want them to go bankrupt, I just want Elon out.
and to not support notifications
Not supporting UnifiedPush is also another hilarious oversight.
I think it’s important to call out inattentive drivers while also calling out the systems and false advertising that may lead them to become less attentive.
If these systems were marketed as “driver assistance systems” instead of “full self driving”, certainly more people would pay attention. The fact that they’ve been allowed to get away with this blatant false advertising is astonishing.
They’re also obviously not adequately monitoring for driver attentiveness.
Then what are?
“Ownership” can mean a lot of different things
Why wouldn’t the ability to maintain/repair, modify or resell be requirements for ownership?
Why would they be?
If “ownership” doesn’t have a unified meaning, then I can interpret “ownership” as the ability to maintain/repair, modify or resell the bought item.
You can “interpret” whatever meaning you want, that doesn’t make it accurate.
it doesn’t make business sense to support 2% market share.
It makes sense if you expect anyone to believe you support privacy.
I should clarify, I suppose. “Available” as in you can go into the settings and turn it on. I assumed there was something wrong with my personal install when it didn’t work but I guess it’s just not finished yet. Sorry about that.
“Ownership” can mean a lot of different things
I’m telling you as someone that self-hosts it that it is available.
I’m not sure how that’s possible considering no one manufactures self-driving cars that I know of. Certainly not Tesla.

None of those countries are trying to dismantle encryption entirely so no, I disagree.
You don’t have to self host Ghost. They charge a very reasonable flat fee.
It’s already available
E: “available” but not yet functional. Sorry.
It’s a bit of a joke to have a supposed privacy company and then not have any support for Linux
I agree but also very unlikely it would make a difference if they were only sharing from their personal account.
