You’re so angry lol. Just don’t watch it jeez.
You could write a dozen rants about other similarly annoying things on Linux (or other ones on Windows).
They could, but they didn’t have to. They wrote about their own subjective experience in this very personal post. So… Okay? I see no issues.
It probably makes you a less likely target though. I suppose that bots scan for known Widows vulnerabilities simply because that platform has a much higher market share among desktop operating systems. Besides, Linux distros offer a unified way to update all your software. On Windows, third-party software is often installed and maintained manually.
This is just a meme in a linuxmemes community. There is no need to be offended.
Isn’t it amazing how people in communities dedicated to technologies hate technologies?
Linux may be hating you, but that is not a reason to throw this tldr rant at us.
For most users software is not a religious question.
Here’s the announcement: https://bits.debian.org/2024/11/openstreetmap-on-debian.html

Let’s not cherry pick users then. I don’t care about your normal users. My experience is better on Linux.
This isn’t a win I think. They are yet to meet in the court with Google.
The DOJ will file a revised version of its proposals in early March, before the government and Google return to the DC District Court in April for a two-week remedies trial.
How about adding some distros?
I ain’t gonna stop you.
No. JavaScript doesn’t have types. Java and TypeScript are the same though.
Look at him. He’s just learned that files can be deleted without going info the recycle bin, and he already wants to be treated as equal. Ha!
I don’t think that the distribution of system packages is the issue. People need a way to easily distribute and obtain everyday applications, and to keep them up to date in the same manner. Linus spoke about this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pzl1B7nB9Kc
Definitely not due to the lack of sudo.
